Hot glue: the new duct tape

The before:

When the headboard was painted brown.

The first after:

All cute and white.

The second after:

So much cuter and way more girly.

How this all came together:

Who knew hot glue would actually hold my cute pink headboard onto this wooden frame? Just be sure to use the hot temp glue sticks, the ones for wood, metal and such. I’ll say I was leery at first, but that headboard ain’t (excuse my grammar) going no where.

I love it. I can’t wait to put the whole frame together and add the bedding. Don’t worry, you’ll see it when it’s complete.
