10 Minute Cheesy Breadsticks
Wanna make the easiest cheese breadsticks ever? In 10 minutes?
Here’s what you’ll need: 1 can of refrigerated Great Value pizza crust dough, any spreadable butter and shredded mozzarella cheese.
Grease a 13×9 inch cookie sheet. Unroll 1 can of refrigerated Great Value pizza crust dough (this is the first refrigerated dough I’ve ever used, and it was so good with these, that’s why I’m recommending it) and pat dough to fit the pan. Not much stretching is needed. If you want a thicker crust don’t pat down at all. If you want a thinner crust, use a larger pan and pat away.
Spread your spreadable butter over entire crust, in a nice thin layer. I used light Country Crock Spread, it’s what I had.
Next, sprinkle plenty of your shredded mozzarella cheese on top. I used the part-skim, low-moisture, it can be found at any local grocer.
Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and crust is browned.
For a garlic cheese breadsticks, sprinkle garlic salt over layer of butter, then sprinkle with cheese.
I served them with lasagna (my lasagna and meatballs would work well too) and the whole family loved them!
