So, I found this picture my “Needs to be put on Blendra” folder. Apparently I made these cheesy baked tacos on December 4, that’s the date stamped on the folder. I’m pretty awesome at organizing my pictures right after I download them from my camera card. Remember this post? Problem is, I don’t remember how I made them. I didn’t stick a recipe card in with the picture. Dang.
I remember them being super easy and super yummy. You’re mad now, huh? I show you an awesome picture and tell you how easy and yummy they are but I don’t tell you how to make them.
Well, it’s gonna take a little research on my part. I found the recipe on another blog I follow, so that should be pretty easy to just link to it, right? Well, not as easy as you’d think, I follow LOTS of blogs.
So, I’ll be back. Don’t worry.
Boom! I found it! Lynn at Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures made these and I loved them so much I made them too. I halved the recipe and I used the flat-bottomed taco shells so they would stand on their own. I knew we didn’t need 18-20 tacos for the 3 of us. (:
