Chocolate cupcakes with PB frosting
Peanut Butter Cream Cheese Frosting
1 stick softened butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 brick of cream cheese
4 cups powdered sugar
Cream butter, peanut butter and cream cheese together with mixer until smooth. One cup at a time, add powdered sugar. Mix in each cup before adding the next cup.
Frost cooled cupcakes and store in the refrigerator, if not eating the same day. Frosting makes enough to frost at least 24 cup cakes. I frosted 23 cupcakes and had enough leftovers to put in the fridge and spread on various other things.
