If you’ve never heard of corn flake cookies, I’m sad for you.
I know they don’t look amazing, but I promise they are. And, if you hate them, I’ll eat them. And no baking. Only four ingredients. Go. Go make them.
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup creamy peanut butter
6 cups corn flakes
In a large bowl, measure 6 cups of corn flakes and set aside in an easy to access place.
In a saucepan, mix 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of light corn syrup. Cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves. Immediately remove pan from heat and stir in 1 cup creamy peanut butter.
Quickly pour peanut buttery carameley mixture on corn flakes and stir! Stir! Stir!
For cookies, drop by tablespoons on wax paper. (For less work, spray cake pan with cooking spray and make cookie bars. One dump and you’re done.)
If you’re an amateur cookie eater, store remaining cookies in airtight container.
Lemme know what you think. We can’t be friends if you hate them.
