Here’s another yummy thing that I made for bunco!
First, you’ll need this awesome sugar cookie as the pizza crust. You can use the refrigerated dough if you want. But, I got to use this AWESOME one that was made by my sweet! sister, Karla.
Here are the ingredients for the sauce. 2- 8 oz cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla.
And here are the toppings: strawberries, blueberries, kiwis and bananas (any fresh fruit would be awesome on here, well maybe not watermelon or oranges, but you could use peaches)
For the “sauce” — dump cream cheese in a bowl.
Pour in 2/3 cup sugar.
Dump in the vanilla (forget measure 1 tsp, just use a capful like I did.)
Cream it all together.
Use a spatula to spread it evenly over the sugar cookie.
Nice. Huh. You could technically eat it like this.
Cut up some strawberries.
Rinse off some blueberries.
Here’s how you cut up the kiwi.
And again, like this. Kiwi’s aren’t really that fun to cut up, but oh so worth it on this pizza.
And here’s all the fruit, cut and ready to put on the pizza. At the very last minute I decided against bananas because I wouldn’t be serving this pizza until 2 hours later and I didn’t want the bananas to go brown.
You can really put the fruit on however you want. This is just how I like to do it. Blueberries first.
And, here it is all done. It was amazing!
