Green Chile Enchiladas
1 pound ground beef, 1 can green chilies, 1 – 8 oz cream cheese, 1/2 can green chile sauce (I’ve only found the big cans, that’s why I only use a half can), flour tortilla, shredded cheese.
Since I’ve had Maddox I haven’t been the best at taking pictures of some of the meals I’ve been making. It’s a lot easier to just make them and eat them and not take pictures. (:
Here’s one that has half of the steps…
Brown 1 pound ground beef. Add 1 can of green chilies and 1-8 oz brick of cream cheese. Stir.
Should look something like this.
Then put a spoonful in the center of each tortilla.
Fold up and layer in a glass baking dish.
Pour on half of this big can of green enchilada sauce and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
