Sweet Summer Snack
After all of this baby food making for Maddox, I decided to try a little treat I read about online: frozen sliced bananas.
What you’ll need: a ripe banana (or bananas), wax paper, cookie sheet (or wire rack), knife, plastic bag or container.
One nice ripe banana
Start slicin’ it up (you can tell this isn’t my first banana, by the wax paper in the background)
There they are. Ready to go into the freezer. I kept mine in there for a couple hours.
I just pulled them off of the wax paper (make sure they’re nice and hard, so they don’t stick together in the bag) and put them in a storage bag or container. Store in freezer.
It’s the yummiest, sweetest snack for summer!
PS, is it wax paper, or waxed paper?
