This stuff is bananas

B-A-N-A-N-A-S.

What you’ll need: bananas, bowl, fork, ice cube tray, foil (or plastic wrap), ziplock bag.

I had three bananas that were getting pretty ripe.

Peeled one, broke it up and put it in a bowl.

Started mashing with a fork.

Soon it looked like this.

I had this cool plastic tray that came on top of my eggs, I thought I’d try it out. One of the bananas filled 5 holes. I mashed the other two and ended up with 17 total.

Look at ‘em. They look like little cupcakes. (;

These things really thawed out quickly. They were already melting while I tried to take the picture. Be sure to label and use within a month.
