A red chain of events

It’s been 14 days since I made a pact with the Blog Squad (yep, I made up that name for us. Click here and here to see the other two members) to write every day. Writing every day, whether it’s a good post or a bad, should help me become a better writer… Or so they say (they being Seinfeld)

We each have a calendar hanging with 365 boxes on it. I have the first 13 boxes crossed off on my calendar. It’s a nice little red X’d chain going on, and as much as I hate to admit it, it’s kind of motivating. I wasn’t going to post tonight. What’s one day without a red X?

For me, 1 red X will probably turn into 22 red X’s. And I only have 351 more days to go, I can’t break the chain now.
