Losing the baby weight
It’s been 13 weeks since I had Maddox and I’m 5 lbs from pre-baby weight. Once I get that off, it’ll be time to lose the baby weight from Maya, my THREE year old.
I’ve started using www.myfitnesspal.com and I love the way it helps me track the food I’ve eaten. You start with your current weight, then put in your goal weight. Then it let’s you pick how much weight you want to lose a week, it tells you that 1 lb is recommended. Then it’ll give you a calorie, fat and carb limit.
You also track your exercise and it deducts calories burned. Pretty cool how it just all works, but the main reason I like it… It keeps me accountable, I can look back after the day is over and say, “holy crap, look at all that junk I just ate.” it’s definitely not hard to see why the baby weight never came off.
