Plankin’ it up
I was talking to my friend Danielle about how yucky/flabby/jiggley my belly is since Maddox. She recommended The Plank. I had no idea what it was so she sent me this link.
And I totally trust Danielle she’s an awesome volleyball player.
I did my first Plank last night and am embarrassed to say I was only able to hold it for 30 seconds, relax and the only hold it for 15 seconds. This was after I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes though.
